Hemp leaves with zucchini

Method:
When you feel like a light meal without sacrificing taste the Strabuono hemp leaves are the perfect solution.
Hemp leaves have a form that binds really well with all the sauces, especially those with vegetables.
Today we recommend a simple recipe but it is tremely balanced nutritional point of view of taste.
Wash the zucchini in fresh water; then cut them into small pieces, do the same with the leek.
Pour a cup of water and 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a pan with the leek, previously cut into slices.
Let simmer for 2-3 minutes and then add the zucchini cooking them for about 10 minutes, covering with a lid.
Add a pinch of whole salt and cook for another 5 minutes.
Apart cook the leaves pasta in salted water and drain when ready.
Pour them in the pan with the zucchini and add the shelled hemp seeds with a little extra virgin olive oil.
Serve it hot …. # Strabuono !!!
