Rigatoni Hemp Pasta with red tofu pesto

Procedure:
Take a large pot of salted water and boil it. We will use it to cook pasta.
Meanwhile cook in a pot the tomato sauce with salt and oil to taste.
Put the tofu with pine nuts and hulled hemp seeds in a blender, along with oil, salt garlic and washed basil leaves. You can put in a mixture 3-4 tablespoons of tomato sauce.
When tomato sauce is ready add the tofu mixture and cook over high heat for 1 minute, stirring with a wooden spoon.
Cook the pasta for 8 minutes, drain it and toss it with tofu sauce.
Serve and garnish the dish with a basil leaf.
