Vegan balls with lentils are an yummy idea for your parties, cocktails, dinner and for your children.

This Method is for about 20 lentil balls.

Wash the lentils and boil them together with a carrot and a small stalk of celery.

Cook the potatoes to steam or boil in a separate pot after being thoroughly washed.

When the potatoes are cooked and let them keep cool then remove the outer peel and store them in a bowl crumbled with the help of a fork.

As soon as the lentils are cooked and creamy, remove excess water if there is, add the lentils with potatoes, you’ll have to get a thick mixture. Add the extra virgin olive oil, the amaranth flour, the oregano, the salt and if you want even a hint of chili and whole hemp seed.

Mix everything and prepared the balls with your hands.

Store them in a tray and sprinkled with bread crumbs.

Cook them in the oven on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper at 180° until they have a golden color, or you can fry them.

4 tablespoons amaranth flour
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 carrot
1 stalk celery
1 teaspoon salt Satin
3 tablespoons whole hemp seeds
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
to taste salt
to taste bread crumbs
