Fried Hemp Sage
Wash the sage leaves with fresh water .
Let them dry on paper towels.
Pour the flours ( hemp + whole spelled) in a bowl and add a little at a time the cold beer.
Stir vigorously with a whisk to avoid lumps adding a pinch of salt.
Dip the sage leaves one at a time into the batter.
Take a pan and heat the oil.
Fry the sage leaves, making dry your sage leaves in the absorbent paper.
