Brown rice with hemp pesto
Take a large pot of salted water and cook brown rice according to packet instructions.
Combine hemp seeds with 100gr of pesto Genovese, without garlic for intolerant people, and a little cup of rice cooking water, blend it all for 1 minute to create a smooth cream.
Wash the tomatoes with fresh water and cut them in small pieces,
Take a bowl and put the tomatoes with olive oil, salt and oregano, then add the rice, stirring well and finally the pesto.
Serve and enjoy this dish taste and intense, you can serve both cold and warm.
