Hemp spinach pie
The hemp spinach pie is an excellent idea for a light dinner, or is perfect as an appetizer or ideal for a party buffet.
Boil the spinach in a pot with salted water.
When the spinach are cooked, cut them into small pieces to form almost a mush, pour into a bowl and mix them together with previously sifted ricotta.
Add the hemp flour, parmesan, egg yolk and a tablespoon of vegetable drink rice. Add salt if necessary and add the nutmeg.
Whip the albumen of two eggs and add to mixture, stirring gently.
Coated the small cake molds with baking paper, or if you do not have it, coated them with oil and breadcrumbs to coat each mold; pour the mixture, leveling as much as possible the surface and bake in preheated oven at 180° for 20 minutes.
When you can see a light crust surface, your hemp spinach pie are ready; so invert the mold on the flat brought.
You can serve your spinach hemp pie with a pink pepper sauce, or a side dish of carrots and sautéed peppers.
