Spelled and Barley with seeds and vegetables

Method:

Cook the grains in a large pot of salted water, drain them and let cool.

Wash the zucchini with fresh water and cut it in small pieces; cook them in a pan with a little olives oil for 10minutes.

Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in a bowl and add the previously cooked zucchini, adding a few leaves of mint, the olives, 2 tablespoons of raw oil, the capers and sunflower seeds . Stir well and add the cereal ( spelled and barley).

In a non-stick pan warm the entire hemp seed.  Pour the seeds into a small bowl and let them cool pouring them in the bowl with the cereal and vegetables.

60 gr Spelt
60 gr barley
2 tablespoons pitted green olives
1 tablespoon capers in salt spoon
8 cherry tomatoes
2 zucchini
2 tablespoons entire hemp seeds
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
To taste Extra virgin olive oil
