Autumn Salad

Wash and cut the rocket salad and the lettuce. Put them put in a big bowl and let it dry.

Wash the red pepper and put in convection oven at full power for 10-15minutes; do roast peppers. When peppers are cool, cut them into halves and wash off the charred skins, cut out stems and remove seeds.

Now cut the peppers into strips and put them in a small bowl.

Wash the carrots and peel the outside skin using a vegetable peeler. Remove the ends by cutting them about ¼ inch in from each end and cut carrots julienne.

Crush the walnuts coarsely.

Put the hemp seeds in a pan, toast them for 3 minutes and put them in a small cup

Wash the figs and cut them into 4 pieces.

Pour all the ingredients into salad bowl and dress the salad with salt and 1 spoon of Hemp Oil.

Serve the Autumn Salad and sprinkle 1 teaspoons of hulled hemp seeds on top of the dish, adding olive oil.

1 lettuce
1 bunch rocket salad
6 walnuts
1 red or yellow pepper
2 carrots
2 figs
4 teaspoons hulled hemp seeds
2 tablespoons entire hemp seeds
1 cupspoon hemp oil
qb extra vigin olive oil
