Hemp Trofie with nuts’ cream
Create the cream:
1) Crumble the kernels of nuts using a knife;
2)Blend the nuts with ricotta cheese;
3) Add the olive oil, a pinch of salt and finally the Parmesan cheese and mix all together.
Take a large pot of salted water and boil it.
Cook the pasta until tender but not mushy (more or less 9 minutes), drain it and toss it with the ricotta cheese and nuts cream.
It takes 10minutes only to prepare, but the dish is very delicious.
