Fusilli Italia pasta with broccoli

Fusilli Italia pasta are made with rice flour only; it is a very special type of pasta, good for celiac people.

Take a large pot of salted water and boil it with 1 tablespoon of oil. We will use it for cooking pasta.

Wash in fresh water and cut the broccoli heads into small chunks.

Put the broccoli chunks in the pan and cook them until tender for 10 minutes with 2 glasses of water covering with a lid.

When broccoli chunks are tender, put salt, 4 tablespoons of olive oil and 1/2 red chillt pepper, cooking for 2 minutes again.

Drain the pasta and toss it with the broccoli mixture, adding 2 tablespoons of hemp oil and 2 taplespoons of hemp seeds.

Enjoy this delicious dish…….totally vegan and glutenfree!

250gr fusilli italia
350gr broccoli ( green cauliflowers)
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
2 tablespoons hemp oil
4 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 red chilly pepper
tt salt
