Gluten free Quinoa Italian Pasta alla puttanesca
Take a large pot with boiling salted water and cook quinoa pasta for 5 minutes.
In a saucepan put the onion, to make it more digestible cook before adding a glass of water, then add the oil and let it, after 2 minutes add the red chilli pepper, black olives and capers .
After 5 minutes, add the tomato sauce and cook over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes .
Drain the pasta and add to the sauce, finishing cooking for another two minutes.
Serve with a drizzle of raw oil and a bit of origan.
