Hemp Rigatoni with cauliflowers

Take a large pot of salted water and boil it. We will use it for cooking cauliflower.

Cut the cauliflower heads into small chunks and wash them in fresh water.

Put the cauliflower chunks in the boiling water and cook them for 15minutes until tender. Drain and put them in a bowl.

Take a pan and fry the garlic in the oil, put it put and pour the tomato sauce cooking for 5 minutes. Add the cauliflower chunks cooking over low heat for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile take a large pot of salted water and boil the Rigatoni. Cook the pasta until tender but not mushy (more or less 9 minutes), drain it and toss it with cauliflower mixture, adding pepper.

“Jump” the pasta on the pan and cook over high heat for 1 minutes.

Sprinkle chopped parsley over the pasta before serving.

500 gr Cauliflowers
350 gr Hemp Rigatoni Pasta
3 tablespoons Tomato sauce
1 Clove of garlic
to taste Pepper
to taste Salt
1 bunch Parsley
3 tablespoons Olive oil
