Vegan Hemp Orecchiette with green cauliflower



A classic for excellence, from the Puglia region culinary tradition the inevitable vegan hemp orecchiette with green cauliflower.

Vegan hemp orecchiette with green cauliflower are perfect if you fancy a dish from the strong taste and an intense flavor without sacrificing lightness.

Wash the green cauliflower in cold water; then cut into small pieces.

Pour 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a pan with a clove of garlic and the red pepper.

Cook them for 2-3 minutes then remove the garlic adding the broccoli, then cook them for about 10 minutes on medium heat, covering with a lid and adding a pinch of salt.

If you love spicy dish add a bit of chili.

Cook the hemp orecchiette in salted water for 8-9 minutes and drain it.

Skipping hemp orecchiette with green cauliflower and serve with a sprinkling of dry yeast, in a vegan version, or a handful of parmesan cheese in the vegetarian and an organic hemp oil, to be used strictly raw …. # Strabuono !!!

300 gr green cauliflower
1 red hot chilli pepper
to taste extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic
4 teaspoons dry yeast powder
