Canapes with asparagus (#Vegan)
Let’s start to the season for asparagus: Boil the asparagus in salted water, put them in a blender and shake it by adding two tablespoons of soy cheese cream and mix well together. Spread the asparagus sauce obtained on Strabuono hemp crackers and decorated with some pieces of whole asparagus.
Canapes with colorful buds (#Vegetarian)
Roll out on the Strabuono hemp Freselle a thin layer of fresh goat cheese: decorated with radish slices and a sprig of bean sprouts. Choose bean sprouts of different colors: red beet sprouts are red, red cabbage sprouts will be slightly pink, the classic bean sprouts instead to give a touch of white.
