Hemp leaves with dried fruit



Hemp leaves with dried fruit are a super energy proposal, especially suitable for sport men.

In a saucepan cook hemp leaves in the salted water.

While hemp pasta is cooking, prepare a dried fruit cream.

Take a mixer and chop all nuts, parsley, parmesan cheese, salt adding vegetable milk (a little bit so you will understand if the consistency is right or not, depending on your taste) and oil until you get a smooth and creamy sauce.

If you want to get a light cream instead of soy drink you can add water.

As soon as the pasta is cooked, pour into a pan, previously heated to just under 1 minute, pour out your seasoning and mix.

Serve with a few leaves of fresh parsley and some almonds.

Ingredienti per 4 persone

250 g hemp leaves Strabuono
80 g shelled walnuts
10 g almonds skinless
5 g pine nuts
10 g cashews
to taste shelled hemp seeds
to taste grated Parmesan cheese
1 small sprig parsley
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
½ cup vegetable soy drink
1 pinch whole salt
