Pumpkin cream with hemp seeds



The pumpkin cream is an ideal dish for cold winter nights, very easy to implement and suitable for both adults and children the most.

Take the pumpkin and remove the outer skin and the seeds; wash it and cut it into cubes.

Pour the pumpkin in a saucepan with the olive oil making it cook on medium heat, add a pinch of hot pepper.

Add 3 ladles of vegetable broth or alternatively water and cook for about 20 minutes. When the pumpkin is cooked, (you’ll know why become tender), with the help of a blender, shake it until you get a cream with a dense texture and creamy, adding 2 tablespoons of shelled hemp seed.

Add two pinches of salt and 1 tablespoon of olive oil and mix well by placing the pot on the stove, heating it to very low heat for 1 minute.

Pour the pumpkin cream in serving plates and garnish with the previously toasted whole hemp seeds in the pan to give an intense and crisp touch your velvet sweet pumpkin.
