Organic panic grass Riccioli with beans

Procedure:

Put the beans to soak the night before they are to be prepared and kept them in a cold place.

Take a pot and pours oil, laurel leaf and chilli pepper, cook for 2 minutes.

Pour the beans and cook for 1 minutes, after cover with salted water and cook over low heat for 30-40min.

When the beans are cooked bring 2 ladles of cooked beans and put them in a separate bowl.

Take a food immersion blender and blend the beans like a cream.

Take a pan and fry the onion, the celery and the rosemary with  2 tablespoons of olive oil ( Take care that they do not get brown or black).  Cook them for 2 minutes and then add the whole beans.

Take a large pot of salted water and boil the Riccioli pasta. Cook the pasta until tender but not mushy (more or less 9 minutes), drain it and toss it with beans “jumping” on the pan, adding the beans cream, cook over high heat for 2 minutes.

Serve and add 1 tablespoon of hemp oil on top of the dish.

A traditional dish full of energy and typical of the Mediterranean diet!

300 gr dried beans
250 gr Riccioli Pasta
1 onion
1 chilli pepper
1 bunch celery
1 small sprig rosemary
2 leaves laurel
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 teaspoons hemp oil
