Sweet seeds breakfast

Wash the wild berries and put them in a food blender along with the yogurt.

Pour the mixture in a cup and add the sesame, hulled hemp and sunflower seeds.

Sprinkle with coconut flakes and sweeten with brown sugar.

500 ml natural yogurt
100 gr wild berries
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon sunflowers seeds
2 teaspoons hulled hemp seeds
